Let’s go sniff
Durch das snifflen schaffen wir für den Hund ein Auslastungsmodell, dass eine artgerechte und sinnvolle physische sowie psychische Auslastung darstellt. Der Hund lernt Gerüche zu differenzieren und anzuzeigen.
Wir arbeiten an einer geschlossenen Dose mit Löchern, welches wir vorerst mit einem Kamillenteebeutel bestücken. Mit diesem Geruch starten wir in die spannende Arbeit und erleben, wie gut die Nase unseres Hundes funktioniert.

Bei dieser Arbeit wird Ihr Vierbeiner besonders auf geistiger Ebene gefördert. Sie bringen Ihrem Hund bei, einen Geruchsbehälter (kleine Dose) unter mehreren sicher mit der Nase anzuzeigen, welches den konditionierten Geruch (unbenutzter Kamillenteebeutel) enthält. Die Anzeige wird Ihrem Liebling so beigebracht, dass er mit seiner Nase förmlich an dem Geruchsbehälter klebt. Wir arbeiten hier ebenfalls mit dem Clicker/Markerwort, da die positive Verstärkung die Selbstsicherheit fördert. SniffleDoggies ist keine Arbeit, welche mal so auf die Schnelle funktioniert, es benötigt ein kleinschrittiges und möglichst fehlerfreies Training. Bei einer solchen Arbeit, lernt der Hund sich zurück zu nehmen und ruhig zu arbeiten. Die Geduld lohnt sich auf alle Fälle!
